My First Solo Dive

I did my first solo dive!

I usually go diving with Brian, but this was a great way to test my self sufficiency and consider all the aspects of doing this activity solo.

I regularly dive under the sailboat to scrub it, but this was the first time I saw an appealing spot on the reef and set up my gear and camera, then went there myself in the dinghy. I anchored the dinghy and descended for an hour of solitude and peaceful photography. The first five minutes were spent feeling paranoid about the dinghy and watching it from below, wondering will it still be here when I surface?

It was stormy that day too, making it feel even more adventurous.⛈️

I spent most of the dive taking photos of beautiful Maxima Clams!!! I also saw a shark. ?
