2020 Blanket Project

Wow, 2020 has been a crazy year! It’s important to do what we can to spread kindness and hope right now. So many people are struggling. I started to think about what I could do to help, and eventually came up with this. Blankets. Unique, soft blankets with colorful sea creatures and utopian ocean scenes. An affirmation of kindness and beauty in the world. A connection with a place that is harmonious and peaceful. That is the goal of the Magic Ocean Blanket Project.

I’m sending 25 care packages this holiday season with a soft, unique art blanket and a colorful card. Facebook has been a fun place to give these blankets away, and it has been really touching to see everyone’s reactions when I tell them they won a blanket.
